To create a license, we need the serial number of your device.

* Install the devinfo.apk program on your device and open. 

* Full device information and the serial number of your device will appear. Take a photo with the information and send us it an Email or on WhatsApp.

* For downloading and installing the program devinfo.apk, contact us by sending a message through WhatsApp or E-Mail.

Before installing the program, we recommend that you make a backup copy of the program on your computer. For maps update find on the SD card the folder with the naviextras toolbox software 

* Install Naviextras toolbox software on the computer. 

* After activating the program on your navigation device, you can update the maps with the naviextras toolbox. The naviextras toolbox automatically recognizes the SD card. 

* Create an account on the naviextras toolbox to update maps. 

* Installation of the navigation program should only be made from the SD card. 

* If you have several slots for SD cards, you need to insert the SD card only in the “SD card” slot. 

* Do not insert the SD card into the “gps card” or other slots with different with other names. The program will not work!
